The IELTS registration process is entirely online. Candidates need to create an account, select their preferred test date and location, and pay the registration fee.
IELTS does not issue a physical "Admit Card". Instead, candidates receive an acknowledgment receipt and a confirmation email containing their test center details, date, and reporting time.
IELTS is a secure test and the answer keys are never released to the public. Candidates cannot request their question papers or answer keys after the test.
IELTS results are declared online and a physical Test Report Form (TRF) is sent to the candidate's registered address.
There is no "pass" or "fail" in IELTS. Instead, candidates are scored in bands from 0 to 9. Different universities and immigration bodies set their own minimum band requirements.
